Strategic pillars
On the ground
We provide targeted educational support so that poverty does not force children out of school. Scholarships and learning materials help bright, vulnerable students continue their studies and build a foundation for lifelong opportunity.
Young people thrive when they have consistent, caring adults walking alongside them. Our mentorship programs pair youth with role models who offer guidance on life skills, decision-making, emotional resilience, and purpose.
Sport is a powerful vehicle for discipline, teamwork, physical health, and leadership. Through basketball and related activities we create safe spaces for youth to grow, compete, and discover their potential on and off the court.
Girls often face compounded barriers — early marriage risks, limited access to education, safety concerns, and societal expectations. We intentionally design programs that expand girls' horizons, protect their rights, and build confidence and agency.
Strong communities need strong young men. We support boys with positive mentorship, skills development, and healthy models of masculinity so they grow into responsible, respectful leaders who contribute to family and community well-being.
Where We Work
Kelfon Foundation currently runs its programs through FEBA Academy and various community safe spaces across our operating areas.
We do not yet own a dedicated facility. Transparency about our current footprint is important to us.
Future capital project
We are raising toward a long-term dream: a fully equipped Youth Empowerment Center that will serve as a hub for education, sports, innovation, leadership training, entrepreneurship, and community development.
This center does not yet exist. It is a capital project we are building toward with partners, donors, and supporters who share the vision of a permanent, safe, and inspiring space for Kenya's young people.
